Please review my Service Promise below to address any initial questions that you may have:
Holly’s Hair Salon’s intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with my services.
1. Every client will receive a consultation before any services are performed. During this time please review any questions or concerns with your stylist about the services you will receive that day.
2. Any services performed will be discussed during your consultation, by having services done you are agreeing to the consultation and what was discussed. Please make sure to clearly state what you’re expecting from your visit that day and services performed.
3. I guarantee my services for 7 days after the service has been performed. During this time, I will correct any challenges that you may have with your style or color services, you must contact Holly’s Hair Salon within 72 hours with any challenges.
4. Any smoothing, straightening, or perms are guaranteed for 7 days also, any problems with these services must be reported within 7 days.
5. Any services that need to be redone after this time frame will be subject to payment first. After 7 days Holly’s Salon in not responsible to perform any services free of charge to correct any problems.
6. Within the 7 day time frame any services that need to be re done may be subject to payment depending on first consultation and what was discussed during consultation.
7. There are no refunds on salon services.
